What should I do if my metal sign is damaged or defective when it arrives?
If you receive your metal sign and it is damaged or defective, please email us at contact@metalsigncity.com and include a description of the problem along with pictures. We will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible!
Do you accept returns?
In order to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices, we utilize a made-to-order business model. This means that we produce all of our metal signs as you order them and do not hold inventory. As a result, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
What if I am interested in buying a metal sign but cannot find my city?
If you cannot find your city and would like to make a request, please include the city name, state name, and sign style you would like. If your city is in a state that we currently offer, it should be added to our store within 24-48 hours! If your city is in a state that we do not currently offer, it will take us a bit longer, but we are working hard to offer more states in the near future.
We are a made-to-order business. Once you place your order, please allow us 5-7 business days to produce your metal sign. Once your sign is completed, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.
